How it works
Slack Incoming Webhooks are the standard path, paying customers configure a webhook URL during onboarding and we push formatted message blocks on the relevant cadence (weekly digest, threshold alerts, or both). For higher-touch deployments, a custom Slack bot with slash-command support is scoped during onboarding.

Threshold-alert notifications
When a tracked company crosses the +50% commit-velocity threshold, an Incoming Webhook fires into a dedicated #signals channel with the company name and a link to the /signal page.
Slash command lookups
A custom Slack bot exposes /gitdealflow {company} that returns the current engineering signal snapshot inline, useful for ad-hoc lookups during partner conversations.
What's not yet available
There is no first-party Slack App Directory listing yet. Slack's App Directory submission requires OAuth flow, security review, and proven customer adoption, we are pre-listing-stage. Webhook-based integration covers ~95% of use cases.
