The shape of one-engineer companies in Gaming
Gaming has two solo-founder shapes: (1) the single-developer studio shipping a game, and (2) the single-developer infrastructure builder (matchmaking, anti-cheat, multiplayer netcode, asset pipelines). Type 1 is over-saturated and hard to source venture-wise. Type 2 is rare, undervalued, and the focus of this tracker.
