Product Launches · Jeff Walker PLF
Every launch, with the cart open or the window closed.
Each entry below is a 4-stage Product Launch Funnel, Jeff Walker’s canonical sequence. Sideways Story, Ownership Experience, Internal Struggle, Big Idea. Permanent record so you can see the offer that was on the table when the window was open.
Closed pages stay here on purpose. They show what was offered, what the stated terms were, and where the standard product path now lives. They are not a promise that an expired price or bonus will return. For a current decision, use the live pricing page.
Read an archived launch as a decision record, not as a sales page. It can help you understand the question a particular offer was designed to answer, the proof it used, and the customer it served. Then compare that record with the current product, pricing, and delivery details before deciding whether a live route fits your own sourcing workflow today.
How to use this archive
A launch archive helps you separate a past campaign from the product that exists today. Start with the problem the launch addressed, then read the offer terms and the promised result in context. If the campaign is closed, use its links as background only. The current pricing and product pages are the source for what is available now.
That distinction matters when you are comparing routes. A useful archive tells you why a buyer might have acted then. It does not create a deadline, restore a former bonus, or replace the live details you need before choosing a plan for your own work.
Start with the highest-intent routes
Use this page if you want the full launch archive. But if your real question is current offers, where to start, or which paid lane fits this week, take the sharper routes first.
The four stages, in plain English
Stage 1 · Sideways Story
The bigger opportunity, why this matters now. Frames the shift the buyer is missing.
Stage 2 · Ownership Experience
What it actually feels like to own the result. The Sunday morning, the dashboard open, the rhythm.
Stage 3 · Internal Struggle
The doubts the buyer brings to the page. We name them, then dissolve them on the record.
Stage 4 · Big Idea
The offer, the window, the cart. Specific spots, specific dates, specific math.

Every other deal-flow tool charges per seat. Agents don’t have seats, they have call volumes. Agent Credits prices the engine the way agents actually consume it.
